I love 'em. I like them not just for obvious reasons but they tend to tilt your body forward just a enough to get that good pec angle... better than hanging plates from your waist.

Question: Will piranhas eat "cooked meat"? LMAO

i have always used a dipping belt with weight strapped to me.. I need to find a more hardcore gym that has these chains and cans of gas with schools of piranha around the dipping station! haha

seriously how much do the chains weigh? never had the oppurtinuity to use them....
