I've had the issue of loose skin for around 5 years. I lost close to 100lbs back when I was 16 but the skin never tightened. I've thought about surgery every now and again, I just cant see that happening right now. I've been trying to find out what is the best way to help with the skin elasticity. I know the skin is never going to be 100% tight but I'd think by thickening the abs and trying some sort of natural treatments maybe it would look half decent.
Copper peptides is something i've come across in my research. People here seem to be quite knowledgeable so I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight. Would a cream containing copper peptides help? Is there anything else I should be trying?
