cramps/muscle tightness

For the past week or so ive been getting minor cramps in forearms, bis and quads extremely often. They arent very bad but happen almost every time i flex those muscles.

I also got my first bad 'back pump' about a week ago. It was a pretty intense experience. Any ideas on what causes this? I just started supping with additional taurine a couple days after the back pump. I drink ALOT (roughly two gallons a day on training days) of water. I didnt have this problem until very recently. 500mg test E a week. 10 weeks in.
 
Were you taking any dbol? Ive never really heard of getting really bad back pumps from test alone, especially only at 500 wk. You may be overtraining. How often do you train?
 
I MAY BE WRONG BUT I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME JUST NOT THE BACK CRAMPS AND MY BOY WHO HAS BEEN IN THE GAME FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED TO TAKE MORE POTASSIUM SO I WENT AND GOT SOME AND ALL MY CRAMPS STOPPED AND ALSO STRETCHING FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME HELPS ALOT HOPES THIS HELPS

TRY TAKING Taurine, Potassium, Magnesium. Works great for most people and drink plenty of water.
 
Exactly! I thought it was only on dbol that you get pumps, but ive never touched it and i got a pretty severe one. But only one!

I highly doubt im overtraining. Usually im on every other day but right now i lift 4 days a week, low volume. For example, 3 working sets of chest, 4 for back (width and thickness included) 2 for bis, 2 for tris, 3 for quads and 2 for hams. Its actually a little more then i have been doing but i upped it about 1 set a piece to try something out (diet related).

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Im taking mag and taur right now. Maybe ill add in some potassium, because its gotta be pretty low considering my diet right now.
