crashing/rebounding from eca

what supps or methods are there to prevent/limit the crash from eca. I get my best cardios and workouts on days with eca but the next day I'm all messed up. for this reason I have to limit my ephedrine intake to 25mg and caffeine to 200mg and take it first thing in the AM. even if I get a good night sleep I'm still like 50% the next day.
 
I would try and get yourself off all thermo's and use them only when needed. I see way to many people using Ephedrine and Caffeine year round and this is not the best way to use them.

Get off them (yes it will suck for a month) but let your body get back to "normal" and then you won't have so many ups and downs.
 
I only use it on training days which is 2 or 3 times a week. the next day crash gives me shitty workouts so it's not even worth it. I'm training eod or sometimes e3d, basically sacrificing frequency for intensity and was wondering if there is a way around that.

Either take some more that day or take time off...Depends how long you've been using continuously...
