I had my doctor tell me at my last post-op check up that i should start taking creatine again to help with recovering my shoulder. He says that not only will it help strengthen the muscles around the injury but it will also help strengthen the ligaments and tendons. I asked a few friends who have had surgerys similar to mine about that and one of them told me his doctor told him the same thing.
What's yalls take on this? Do you think my doc is right or am i just going to end up wasting money by taking creatine while i'm still rehabing and not able to do much lifting?
Thanks,
Walker
