Credit card payment

Just wondering if paying with a credit card to an overseas online source is a bad idea?
The answer might seem obvious, but if you connected to a VPN through something like Relakks, and used portable firefox that was burnt onto a CD or on a USB key, so nothing would get stored to ur hard-drive, then there might be no way to trace it back to you right?(realistic for authorities 'way')

(Of course only considering the cops trying to prove u paid for it side of the story, not whether u had sent to urs or PO Box with real or fake name blah blah....)

Using an anonymous proxy is good but the problem lies with the credit card transaction itself. If they audit you, they will see that you did not dispute the charge, hence, it was a valid charge. If you dispute the charge or cancel the card, the merchant gets a chargeback. So bottom line is a credit card is not the way to go.

Also, domestic is the way to go. It's been over a month and I am still waiting for an overseas package.
