Critique me please and point me in the right direction. I could see my abs real good about 3 weeks ago when I did a fashion show for a friend. Since then we had some personal problems at the home front and my diets gone to shit. I am now re-dedicating myself to getting lean (while hopefully packing on a little muscle) The pic is recent. 5'11", 215lbs, bf ? 12-13%
Here is where I am for supplements,
1200 mg test enan. wk, 50 mg winny, day, 75 tren eod. I've am starting to eat a lot cleaner. Cut out the McD's and taco bell and just fish and chicken with the occasional steak. Lots of veggies, etc. 300 g protein day, 100-150 carbs, fat from penut butter and fish mostly (except for the red meat evey few days) What I want to know is, is it ok to do heavy weight/low rep while trying to lean out like this?
My training split is:
Mon: Legs
Tues: Arms
Wed: Cardio 30 mins
Thurs: Chest & Shoulders
Fri: Back
Sat: Cardio
Sun: Off
I am doing pretty much a HIT type of workout, warmup, then 2 heavy work sets. (6-8 reps), also walk in the eves with family about 1/2 hour about 3 times a week. Sound ok? Any changes or tweeking? Ultimately I'd like to try and compete next year as I've been training maybe 6 years now and using supplements for maybe 2. I know my calves and arms need help, although my calves look much better than the pic shows. Back is my best part and again the pic doesnt really show, but its pretty wide.
