I am just starting another bulking diet, but this time it is a clean bulking diet.....so tell me how this sounds and give some pointers if you can...
#1 Blended shake
1/4 c. oats
2 scoops opt. whey
1 C. Milk
1 banana
3 tbls. flax

8 oz ground beef
1 large potato

1 1/2 cup Apple juice
1 can Tuna
#4 - pre workout
1 can Tuna
1 large potato
#5 right after workout
2 scoops opt whey
#6 hour after workout
Chicken breast or steak
Brown rice
