i have never really done cross bench pullovers but to make sure i am getting correct form for back. I should have shoulders just a little of bench and drop hips low or keep hips high?
your overthinking a very basic exercise. if you are getting a good stretch in the lats and using them predominantly to raise the dumbell then the form is fine concerning your hips
Its supposed to EXPAND the ribcage and allow for larger Chest.. But it works Chest,Lats, Obliques and other core muscles.. I like it for the stretch and tie ins.. Not a mass builder...
