So I have been using this TUT method for just about every other body part except my chest. It has been doing miracles for all my workouts. I wake up the next day sore as fuck. Sometimes I use the same weight I work out with and then sometimes I go lighter and hold the squeeze longer. My question is what do most of you guys do with bench press TUT? Do you keep the same weight you work out with and then just do like 3-4 reps or do you go lighter so that you can eventually pull more reps off? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
