I tried it for about 4 months. The groups were great people and they are very committed to the community. That being said: Its just not for me. I gained nothing yet lost nothing. I did pick up a lil strength but just the fact of not incorporating other exercises with it just doesnt add up. I want to damn do bench press (straight bar and dumbells) and want a good arm workout. That I did not get.
Now to bash it: the terminology just kills me. Im 46 yrs old and I always did a good deep squat. SQUAT, when the hell did it turn into a Box Squat (no box there), plus they cant say "the workout", it has to be the WOD lmao. And last time I said anything about a workout online i was called a meathead. Yet they put EVERYTHING on facebook. It just kills me lol
