would likesome opinions.

is it posiblle to cut douwn below 10% without losing muscle if you are not on aas, assuming your diet is right?
 
When I'm dieting I get bitchy and stressed out easily - I need it at least once a day, calms me down and relieves stress. Makes dieting a happier thing :)
 
if by not losing muscle you mean very small amounts of muscle loss then yes i think its possible as long as you have a fantastic diet. you wont be able to keep every bit of your muscle if you're cutting, thats just the nature of the beast but you can certainly take measures to minimize muscle loss.

On a more serious note, it depends on you cycle history... if you have been on since you began training and are coming off as your dieting and you aren't a genetic freak - I would promise you would see losses.

But if you cycle like 2-3 times a year (12 weekers or something - just as long as you take a good amount of time off a year), ok genetics, keep hitting the weights hard, and didn't just come off cycle... IF the diet is right on you won't lose muscle. No way.


Edit:Also as long a you aren't like over 30% bf right now... cause that will take a long time, and the potential of diet slip ups is high, and not adjusting it correctly to your changing body.

I was going to tell him you cannot diet without ass! If you do you will go insane. I knew what he meant but of course I was looking at things from a different perspective.................................dieting without getting some ass,..........hmmmm...........................nope it does not work!!! You will lose more than musle if you do!
 
if you are that worried about it turn you diet and training over to some of the knowledgable bros on here. like mr hernon who can explain all that alot better than i can. you can cut with out losing insane amounts of muscle with out a doubt. i do believe aas for cutting is just to help protect the muscle but not neccesary.
 
i've done it, but you need to be pretty careful to not overtrain.
 
I think you can do it too bro. Realize your muscle size and fullness is not going to be same as if you were on steroids. A deep, dark tan and hairless body (veet) should add to the illusion though. At certain angles, you might look even freaky (ok lying here :))
 
what sucks about cutting naturally is that my weak muscle groups really shrink down. on gear when i diet i can hold a much better symetry
 
Cutting without AAS sucks big time bro...You cannot avoid to lose muscle. That's why I wouldn't suggest to do it. Better to bulk naturally imo.

depends on your genetics and starting weight
if you have used to get above your genetics then how you gonna hold muscle while on calory restrictions.
 
I don't think my cutting fat would ever be complete without ASS! My wife would appreciate the break though! Just razzin ya bro! We just appreciate the misspell in the title. Not being an ass or anything.

IMO he over exaggerated, he didn't read it was just to 10%, or he doesn't know how to diet.

i actually meant below 10% not to 10%

for example going from 10% to about 7%.

(callipers say i am 9% but i dnot trust them atall)
