Good day gents, I have been a member of this board for over 2 years. I have learned a bit, and am always very appreciative. The issue I am dealing with is I have been training a natural female bodybuilder for 2 years. She has made good progress, and has come along nicely. The main supplements we use have been dhea, glutamine, beverly international protein powders, bcaa, and methoxygen by vpx. Now my female body builder want s to go to the darkside and use anabolics to compete in the npc here in florida. My question is this. When I as a man run a cutting cycle, I use a base of test , and fina to keep androgen levels high, and some dbal, along with femara for the water, ad in clen and very low dose t3. The piurpose of gear for me during a cutting cycle is to hold the muscle present, and not to gain muscle. I follow a 45, 35, 20 macronutrient break down 454 protein, 35 complex carbs, and 20 fat. Now my main question is
is it or should it be the same mindset with this 1st time gear user for her contest prep, the mindset I am talking about is we will be using the anavar, primo, , clen, t3, and syntheselen, to keep the body anabolic and keep as much muscle tisse while we use diet and cardio to lose body fat. Again I am asking is the mindset for her contest cycle the same meaning the gear we use for her is just to keep muscle present, and not to gain muscle. She is 31 years old , healthy, we have had blood work and physicals done, she has no blood pressure issues, of diabetes. Thanks.
