I did 1200-1400 cals for some time
I was 200 at 7% bf,trying to burn last bits of fat
(on dnp,t3,tren & shitload of stimulants/hunger suppressants)
after carbload,could not take my eyes off the mirror

But its easy to hit the wall if you start ur cals so low
Body enters starvation mode (even on dnp) and ur stuck with nowhere to go
Personally ive got best results starting at 2500cals and lowering from there

You don't really gain fat from a proper refeed day, if glycogen stores are depleted. The weight on scale is water and full muscles. As long as fat is kept to bare minumum. Problem is, most carbs generally go better alongside fat when it comes to the palate.

But u cant refill glycogen on dnp

Low fat carb ups were always better for me
(felt and looked better next day)
Palate is relative,on cheat days I crave sugars so much
i feel like 7th heaven,completly did not care its low fat
Tbh i have cheat days that are 8000 calories plus of anything I want , chocolate. Mcds etc. I still drop a lot of fat the following week and get ahead. I've done carb days of 1200 carbs and 250 protein next to 0 fat and results about the same so I choose to enjoy the day sometimes . I've done 8 weeks straight no refeeds and the results are always about the same. Feel best with proper all our cheat days though and hold strenght much better. I run carbs at 500 straight through and next to no fat and just increase cardio and doses as needed
Yep...it works out to about 6 pieces of swai, 3 cups of rice, 3 tsp. Light soy sauce and 3 zuccinis a day.

That's cool that you can be that much of pig and still have it work out. I try to keep recommendations on the safe, conservative side here to not get into trouble.
