I like ART but it never really seemed to "correct" my shoulder problems - just gave me relief between sessions.
I'm currently undergoing prolotherapy and have high hopes that it'll actually repair any damaged tendons and scar tissue. I've had three sessions so far, 3 injections each time between both shoulders - 4 weeks between each session. He's having me go 6 weeks before my next and I'm guessing about 2 more sessions.
He said that he can definately tell my tendons are better. They felt mushy first time he injected 'em. Now they feel much firmer, closer to like they're suppose to. He's treating the biceps tendon attachment on both shoulders and the infraspanatus on the left side.
I planned on putting up a post about my entire experience after I'm done.
