I know beginners asking lots of questions frustrates you, so I'll keep this short and sweet.

I'm 26 years old, 6' tall, 180 lbs. Slim, athletic build, but I would like to add some bulk. I've been working out pretty consistently for 2-3 years, I eat well, take protein shakes, eat a lot of food, but can't seem to get bigger.

My main concerns are hair loss and acne. Had pretty bad acne when I was younger, took acutane for a while, and haven't had more than 1 or 2 zits since then (over several years). The acne is what worries me the most.:(

So here's my question. I have done quite a bit or research, and I realize that everybody reacts differently, but I would like to know some of you guys experiences, hopefully someone similar to myself.

I have already committed myself to take either anadrol or d-bol, and would like to know what anyone recommends for a starter. I don't want to be a big muscular guy, and I don't plan on doing more than 1 or 2 cyles, but I really want to add that 10-15l bs of muscle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
D-BOL OR A-BOMBS

IF YOUR GOING TO ONLY TAKE 1-2 CYCLES AND ONLY WANT THAT FIRST 10-15LB JUMP THEN DO NOT WASTE YOUR LIVER ON A-BOMBS THEY WILL INSTANTLY GIVE YOU BLOODY NOSE AND ACNE VERY FAST AS FAR AS ACNE GOES D-BOL WILL GIVE YOU ACNE IF THE USE IS TO LONG AND AT TO HIGH OF A DOSE GO WITH D-BOL BRO. Thanks for the quick reply. I was leaning toward d-bol but wanted more info from an experienced user.
How much would you suggest I take daily. I have 25mg tabs. I was thinking about starting with 1/day for 1 week, and if there are no major problems, upping to 2/day for 3 weeks.
Any thoughts or comments.

Also, i have heard many different answers to this question, but how much weight should I expect to put on and how much should i expect to lose ???

Will start off with d-bol

I really appreciate the help, and I will continuously post as i progress. I will not be starting until next Monday as I want to have one weekend to get drunk before I begin (I've been told not to drink at all when on d-bol, correct?)

Right now I drink 2-3 protein shakes a day, about 30g of protein with milk. I weigh about 180, and usually get anywhere from 150-200g of protein/day.
Should I take creatine while taking d-bol? Do you have any suggestions?

Also, should I be doing cardio workouts or not. Does d-bol make me get fatter?

I assume that you are using a testosterone base? Or even just deca?

Lots of food, testosterone E or Sust250, and Nolvadex would be adequate for a first time.

Are you saying I should be taking some sort of test while taking d-bol, or take it afterwards??
Again, I don't know much about any of these supp's, so if you could be very specific in your advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like you are closeto my weight and size. I'm 5'10 185, have worked out for most of my life (5 year Martial arts, 3year bodybuilding). Monday I will be starting 250 of sust.for 8 weeks with 15-20mg of D-bol (naps) daily for 4 weeks, hcg for the the remainder 3weeks following. Clomid will (of coarse) with be included in my post cycle thrpy. I have some Nolva on the side for gyno symtoms also. The only thing is this will be my first cycle...ever. From reading my eyeballs bloody, this seems to be a great cycle(I've been reading this forum for many months now). Maybe you would like try the same thing. Anyway, good luck in your quest.
 
If you're looking to gain 10-15 lbs you're not going to get there with dbol or Abombs alone.

Sorry it's just not that easy.


These drugs will make you retain a lot of water, which will mean an increase in body weight while you are taking them; however, when you come off of them the water retention, and the body weight, will go away. That will make it very difficult with these drugs alone to retain the gains you make during your cycle.


Usually these drugs are stacked with injectables to help "kick start" a cycle until the longer acting injectables become active in your system.


You should start instead with a long acting testosterone, such as test cypionate or test enanthate and ,if you chose to, then add the dbol/Abombs.

You could set it up like this:

Test enth./cyp. 500mg/week for 10 weeks
dbol 30-40mgs/ day weeks 1-4

week 12 begin PCT

this would be an excellent first cycle and with proper training and diet you should reach your 10-15 lb. goal in ONE cycle.
 
If all you want is 10-15lbs then just train, eat, sleep and take some supps.(non-AAS supps). If your going to use AAS anyway you need some test or deca with some dbol or drol and do a shit load of research before you use.

I ran anadrol@50mgs every day for 4weeks with durabolin@200mg 2xweek for 5weeks then added in aratest@250mg 2xweek for 5weeks. Ended up gaining around 35lbs and keeping around 25lbs of the gained weight.
 
My advise is to use 500mg/wk of test enanthate for 8-10wks. You will hold the gains from that much better. Without looking more closely at what you're eating I can't tell if you are eating enough. Alot of people say they eat alot but they are way off. If you wanna get big you gotta eat big. Sometimes that means repeated trips to an all you can eat buffet. Weighing 180 at 6' tall is pretty thin. You probably have a fast metabolism.

From you post it does not sound like you know what your doing. I would suggest you do alot more reaserch so you can make a more logical decision. Dbol or Drol will not give you the goal you seek, sure you might add the weight in 6 weeks but you will keep non of it. If your appossed to more reaserch here is what I suggest.

Test E 500 mg/week 10 weeks
Deca or EQ at 400/week 10 weeks
Dbol at 20mg/s a day for the first 4 weeks.
