I know beginners asking lots of questions frustrates you, so I'll keep this short and sweet.
I'm 26 years old, 6' tall, 180 lbs. Slim, athletic build, but I would like to add some bulk. I've been working out pretty consistently for 2-3 years, I eat well, take protein shakes, eat a lot of food, but can't seem to get bigger.
My main concerns are hair loss and acne. Had pretty bad acne when I was younger, took acutane for a while, and haven't had more than 1 or 2 zits since then (over several years). The acne is what worries me the most.
So here's my question. I have done quite a bit or research, and I realize that everybody reacts differently, but I would like to know some of you guys experiences, hopefully someone similar to myself.
I have already committed myself to take either anadrol or d-bol, and would like to know what anyone recommends for a starter. I don't want to be a big muscular guy, and I don't plan on doing more than 1 or 2 cyles, but I really want to add that 10-15l bs of muscle. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
