An IFBB Pro friend of mine made a recommendation to me years ago. Which in a nutshell was: Get the most growth you can out of every milligram.
Try starting off with 5mg twice a day. Once you stop improving, bump up to 10mg twice daily and so on.
When you jump straight in at 30mg or 50mg, you miss out on incremental gains you could have had at a lower dose.
Once you get up there over 60mg/day with Dbol, change compounds. For me, more than 60mg/day of Dbol never gave me additional gains. Some people are different.
