i know i shouldve probably posted this in the begginers forum but...could someone give me their best tips or just a really good verbal description of the correct way to deadlift. im not new to deadlifts but have recently lowered the weight a bit and really started to focus on my form and feeling the muscle work and just wanted to make sure im getting the most out of my lifts. thanks guys.
