Ok, I was Deadlifting today. I'm sure my form wasn't great but this guy said that I should put my feet wider and my hands closer....he said it was sumo deadlift...cause you can use your hips more.he said I was using my back 2 much which he was more then likely correct on that.....I thought that you could do deadlift with feet shoulder width apart and standard grip would be better...which way and what grip do you all use?
