Dealing with your girl on Menopause...

Any of the older guys dealt with or dealing with this? Any sponsor here with liquid Xanax I can inject her with or me lol ...these mood swings are crazy like she caught Bipolar. Any suppz or hormone I should tell her to get on immediately? HELP!!!

Have her see and endo and get some bloodwork. I hear there’s HRT for it but I know very little beyond that.

There's just some exogenous estrogen they can get to return them to normal levels. Pretty easy for them to get and standard. The only complication I know of is increased risk of tit cancer. Oxytocin would help too. A womens 50+ multi vitamin wouldn't hurt. Could also get some ashwagandha, L-theanine, or valerian root. I don't really like the thought of benzo's, but there is that route. Those can turn ugly with dependance though. Idk, just throwing some stuff out.

X2 to this! My fiance just went on hormone therapy about 6months. I have been preaching to her to go for several years but surprise surprise she is stubborn AF and resisted. Finally she went and it has been a night and day difference. Within the first few months her energy levels increased, better sleep, sex drive increased, lost several pounds, no more hot flashes, less irritable. It has been fantastic!!!

The culprit are the Estrogens... I would ask for HRT to hers doc... My ex once started it came back to normal mood.
