Most athletes compete injured. Sucks but it's true. The real problem is that it will affect his chance of taking home first place this year. He is going to be one of the smallest guys shooting for 1rst place and he needs all the strength and stamina he can bring to on game day. A gimped leg is going to lower his performance.
