Whats ups with the label? Is whats listed truly whats inside> Because these things taste so fucking good, like candy.

Probably Glycerin and Sugar at 6 grams. Not sure why all bars put in Gltcerin - I believe it adds taste. I look for "0" grams Sugar in a protein bar.

Hmm

I think the Glycerin adds that smooth texture to make the bars not so gritty and helps them stick together.

Im a big fan of making protein bars,

Peanut Butter, Chocolate protein powder, alittle milk, and the sweetner of your choice, mix into bars or balls and enjoy

There are alot of companies testing it since it has become the hottest bar on the market.

The most recent one I have seen looks good. I looks far mor creditable than the last. An actual scan from lab is shown:

"This report is from Shuster labs Shuster labs This analysis was paid for by Nature's Best Inc, a major supplement company in Hauppauge, NY..They make Solid Protein bars, one of many products..It is lab report # 02-6397- project #74680..The Detour bar tested was from lot#121103- Date Dec 17, 2002...

Here they are:

Lab results:
protein- 19.5g
fat- 13.2g
carbs- 34.2g
sugar- 19.4g

Detour Bar:
protein- 32g
fat- 9g
carbs- 21g
sugar- 6g

I was given this report from a NB rep. He also mentioned MET-RX has their results and are very similar..He was hush-hush on how they were gonna handle the situation."

What do you mean hush-hush, if this info is already spreading across the BB posting board world then if this Labs reports prove to be true then they got a problem on their, no two ways about it.
