Dextrose and Maltodextrin 50/50 ratio
Take .8 grams per 2.5 lbs of bodyweight, so if you weigh 200 lbs divide by 2.5= 80 x .8 = 64, so take half of this which is about 32 grams which should be dextrose and the other half should be Maltodextrin, a 50/50 ratio. Should be taken right after your workout. Hopefully this will help you out.
