Curious if 2 protein scoops would equal to about 100g

Depends on the size of the scooper. It doesn't say what a serving size is on the label of the Dextrose?

I bought in bulk from a buddy... its in a big bag.

Im guessing 2-3 scoops... like the protein powder scoops.

You can't guess at this. Even different protein powders have different densities - some are lighter or heavier for the same volume. Get yourself a food scale - they're cheap!

I have one.. so 100grams= 100g unlike protein powder weight where a scoop weighs 36g and has 22g of pure protein.

Right!

100g of dextrose is ALL carbs/sugar so no conversion.

If you have good WPI at 92% protein, 50g on the scale = 46g of "protein."
