I'm back again, after my woefull experience of my training partner deserting me after seven long years, because he " Fell in Love "
Well we are now traing together again on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. so perhaps that says'something about a love that was " to deep for me to understand " ( What a load of crap ) That's not I'm contacting you guys about.
I want you to look at this diet of mine, tell me what you think about it and then consider the cost of it. No wonder I'm short of cash most of the time.
Meal One. 7.a.m. 12 egg whites and one cup cooked white rice.
Meal Two. 9.am. One can Salmon, and one cup cooked rice
Meal Three 11,am 2 Chicken breasts, and two apples
Meal Four 1.pm Two cans Salmon, and I tub yoghurt
Meal five. 3.p.m. 3 scoops protein powder in milk
Meal Six 5.pm 2 Chicken breats and one cup cooked pasta
Meal Seven 7.p.m. 2 Cans Salmon and one Apple
meal Eight 9.p.m. 3 scoops protein powder
This equates to ( every two weeks- because I get paid fortnightly )
14 Dozen Eggs. 70 Cans of Salmon, 56 Chicken Breasts,
14 Yoghurts, 42 Apples, 28 Cups of cooked Rice, and 84 scoops of Protein powder. On top of this, I have to buy some gear.
I'm thinking of going on the street corner, but no one would pay me. ( Only kidding )
