I pm'd big A and asked a few questions about it and as of tomorrow i will be beginning this diet with the training. The training seems to be pretty time consuming so on some days i may not be able to split the sessions into seperate parts but i will do the full work out including running.
Cycle wise i am plannin on starting this monday
Sus 500mg (two shots a week) weeks 1-14
Eq 400 mg (two shots a week) weeks 1-14
Anavar 40mg ed weeks 1-4
PCT two weeks after last inj
I was tossing aroudn the idea of running 750 on the sus and dividing it into 3 shots to keep the level of prop more even. And was also thinking bout adding in tren after the anavar.
As far as stats i'm 21 at about 17% bf. I've lost about bt 20 and 30lbs and added quit a bit of muscle as of late.
Diet wise as of now is 6 meals a day snacks are 3 hours after meals and meals are 2 hours after snacks.
I'm at around 350-400grams of protein a day, and prolly around 100-200 grams of carbs
I feel like i need to get my diet more in check at this point
Training wise this is what my week looks like
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday- Tris and Bis
Wednesday- Legs (quads, calves, hams)
Thursday- Running and abs
Friday- Chest
Saturday- Back and abs
Sunday- off/cheat day
I'm running 2-3 times a week alwasy on thursday and just whenever i ahve time on the other days
