This makes a realy good low calorie diet friendsly range dressing , if you want a thick dip like consistance dont add any water
1 - 24oz container small curd low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
blend till its thin and creamy
add 2- Hidden Vally Ranch season packets (the ones that make 16 oz)
blend at high speed for several min , check add water or cottage cheese as needed to get the consistency you
One 50g serving (which is alot)
6g-protein , 2.8g-Carbs , 1g-Fat
Great for salad dressing or make it a little thicker and use as a dip for veggies.
