diet help during season, lessons learned

Ive made the mistake of trying to diet during season i kept my cals still fairly high 3500 and i still lost way to much and kept getting realy sick. so any college athletes wanna let me know what u guys do during the season, i cut my juice normaly in half
500mgs of eth
75 mgs of tren eod
and 20mg dbol
i was using bigAs diet with alot more carbs and simple sugers post workout and post running
 
Im thinking your burning too much cal's w/ physical activiety, try to increase them to 4500 or so, all the gear your own is promoting a lot of protien synthesis, you probably need more cals overall if you ask me.
 
I agree with dave..You have to think what type of metabo you have and the amount of activity you have..you being a player you will probally only be using 2,000 of those cals you are eating for muscle building and depending on your weight that may be just enough to keep you from losing..If I were you I wold not try to add muscle during the season because it is not likely but try to not lose and eat what you want as long as you get in the cals..adding a little fat is better than losing a shit load of muscle..

I am also a student (only taking 12 hours) and that alone leaves me walking all over campus, so I figure I burn 500 cals a day just walking around so I have added 1 big mac in each day to make up for the lost cals..so you being a player and a student I would add atleast 2 more meals a day...probally around 700-800 cals each..
 
iam losing to much and iam sick iam gonna bump the cals the about 5k cals and see what happens hopefully ill just lose about 2 lbs a week instead 10.
