35, 6 ft 1, 245 lbs not sure on body fat, but pretty sloppy. have been working out again for a few months but diet was terrible. want to drop another 20lbs before starting a cycle of test e and proviron. have picked up the cardio and cleaned up the diet and am down from 260 lbs. here is a typical day, tell me what you think
7 am oatmeal( i cup) i serving egg beaters, blueberries, i cup skim milk
10 am protein shake( 50g protein, 4g carbs) banana
1pm steak ( 6-8 oz lean sirloin) yam, green beans
4 pm chicken breast(6-8 oz. boneless skinless) brussel sprouts
6 pm ( normally post work out meal) salmon pattie made with oatmeal with salsa, black eyed peas
8 pm steak with salad
