being that this is my first time using growth(not on gear), im not exactly sure on what to eat..i hear alotta different things including from lifters and from doctors i am friends with...im was told by 2 doctors to keep my carbs at a very very low minimum and protein high...this sounds a lil odd but just wanted some feed back from the boys..gear will start in 4 weeks, im already out using 3iu ED for 4wks now..plannin on upping to 4-5iu after 3 months and the diet will have to change to accomidate the gear, but should i continue as if i was just on gear or should i actually recognize and change some aspects.....
if possible can some one give me a sample diet for a day or maybe week while on.. food is not really a big problem or unavailble things during my day..i have read throu alotta the threads and i reallyt cant peice together a meal on both or just alone right now to maximize my results...
