Jus need some help with my diet..... not leaning out as quick as i like

Training 5 Years
am cardio. 30min
meal1: shake. 5whole eggs. 1/2 cup oats
meal2: 220g Kangaroo steak, asparagus
meal3: Tuna Steak, Asparagus
meal4: 200g Kangaroo Steak, Broc
PW: Shake
Train..... pwo cardio 30min
PWO: shake, 30g Waxy Maise
dinner with 45min: 220 Chicken Breast, Dark greens
Before Bed: 70g casaein shake
..............................................
Take BCAA's, multi's etc
Friday i have a high carb day full cup oats, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup brown rice 1/4 cup on meals 1 to 4.... cause sat i train Legs.....
im a natty n was suppose to be doin a a show in 6 weeks but im not leaning out quick enough.... been on this for 2 weeks
before i was carb cycling with same foods, increased cardio to twice a day whereas before was 3x per week....
Seeing some improvements now but not quick enough.... any help would be much apprecited guys....
