this is my diet any suggestions would help
wake
40mins cardio
meal 1 protien shake 2tbs nat peanut buter
meal 2 .5 chicken breast 2 tbs olive oil salad
meal 3 .75 pound top round
meal 4 .5 chicken breast salad 1 tbs flax
meal 5 training days only 3 scoops whey 60g of suger
2 hours later followed by one cup oatmeal and more protein
meal 6 .5 pounds chicken breast
meal 7 .5 pounds chicken breast
training dc style
how does this look because it seems like fatloss is stalling at around 9%
