This is my first cycle,I've been going at it " clean" for almost 3 years now.I'm not looking to get huge,just gain some muscle and lose some fat. right now im at 210lbs. and approx.15-16%bf. My goal is 220-225lbs & 10-12%bf. So, for my first cycle im going with Cytomel, clenbuterol, deca durabolin. My question is do i need to increase caloric intake to build muscle or decrease intake to cut fat? should i worry about cardio?
 
Be concerned about eating clean more than amount - but eat enough.

Where's the test? What are you going to do if you get deca dick - or does that not concern you?
 
lower dose?

I'm starting out at 200mg/wk,and don't plan on getting over 400mg/wk(400mg for 2 weeks only) then back to 200/wk.My research lead me to believe with these lower doses,I could avoid deca dick. What's your opinion? or should i add Testabol 250mg-300mg/wk and clomid.

don't use deca alone. Besides impotence you could get a hell of a lot more if you have a small testosterone base (enath/cyp would be good) As far as your calories, try to forget the word calorie. I won't try to tell you what to eat, do a little more research on dieting. You are going to want to eat more then your eating now to lose fat though, just more frequent meals, smaller portions, cleaner calores, higher protein.
