DRUNKEN APPLE CIDER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
4 6oz Chicken Breasts
4 garlic cloves chopped
3 TBS of Apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
Handful of fresh chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tsp oregano
Spray butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the pan and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Squeeze the juice of one lemon evenly over chicken breasts and pour apple cider vinegar over chicken. Sprinkle chopped garlic around chicken and top the chicken with breadcrumbs and parsley. Spray the top with spray butter to taste.
Bake for 35-45 min until no longer pink.
Serving size: 1 chicken breast
