Long story short...
I sustained 1 injury that I let go, which never got better... then ended up with a different injury which prohibited me from doing anything.
I have been doing either minimal exercise or none for over 2 months, and will finally be cleared to go back to action this week. I still gotta start very light though.
In the process I lost plenty of muscle, gained fat (and weight), and that sucks...
I was wondering what you guys do when you can't lift or do any exercise in relation to diet to keep fat gaining and muscle loss at a min.
