Been progressively dieting for the last few months, but fell off the wagon quite a few too many times due to stress at work, which took a toll on my body and I ended up gaining in the process. Also not using the gym because they were closed the last few Months pretty much killed my motivation as well. Was using t3/hgh and caffeine pills...which I’ve been on for quite awhile and think my body got used to the chemicals so now I came off everything to clean my body out and so I can start fresh in a couple weeks, although am using my doctor approved TRT. Am probably at the heaviest I’ve been in 10+ years and it’s pretty uncomfortable :/. I’ve competed a few times in the past so I definately know how to diet..although I think my body kinda just got used to the dieting process, so not sure what to do at this point. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated
