Back in GotFina's day... our big discussion was whether growth was in spurts or constants? Is is training method related? hmmmmm
I don't know about others..but I have never been Growth Constant...it has always been in a spurt.
I'm 5'8 and I remember way back when I was stuck at 180lbs forever...hard..looked great.. but could never break past that. Then out of the blue....boom! shot over 190lbs in a few weeks. Nothing changed...workout remained the same...diet..rest.. chemistry.
Was stuck there for a long time.... left bodybuilding... did some military stuff... came back later... workout after workout.. got back to the same body at 190lbs... work work work and then out of the blue... boom! break the 200lb barrier.
Our discussion was in the belief that the body saves up all it needs for growth and then a cataclysmic episode happens in the body and a growth spurt occurs.
Many there felt this was happening to them. Others talk in Constants... sooo is it training method related? genetics? some spurt and some are constants?
Just feeling myself..(not literally you perverts), it seems sometimes I feel something is going to happen...like my body is getting ready for something..and then... I see it in the mirror coming on fast each day.
It's like in the spurt it uses up everything it has..vitamins/mins/etc I don't know...then it has to replenish it all which may take months! a year!
