Dna Results Need Routine Fast Twitching Fibers

So had my dna tested and it came back dominate Fast Twitching Muscle Fibers.

I have been googling but the info that comes back is more how to increase fast twitching muscle fibers.


Would appreciate any feedback on how to structure a routine to target my existing fast twitching muscle fibers.

Mmm focus on explosive movements in the 6-15 rep range.

2.0.1.0 tempo.

Lots of squats with a pause in the hole and explode out. Explosive step ups. Box jumps.

Really just focus on performing the concentric portion as quick as possible

I wouldn’t do this only. Still perform movements with slower tempos. 4.0.2.0. The eccentric portion still recruits the most total muscle fibres I believe
 
how much did it cost to figure that out? how does the test for that work? Haven't heard of many people doing it, im curious.
 
Thought the only way to really tell was through a muscle biopsy sample. Learn something new.
