DNP ed or eod

+ More fat burning

- Burn up
-Glycogen depletion
- etc.

EOD

+ Fewer side effects

- Slower fat burning

What I want to know, is, how much slower is the fat loss on eod vs ed? I want to try dnp but don't feel like cooking from the inside out.

it doesn't really work like that man. Have you done your research on DNP? DNP builds up in your system.

I've been unable to find half-life information. I've read about others doing it every other day and not encountering the same side effects. If this is BS, please tell me.
