DNP - out of date?

I have some crystal DNP which has an expiry date on ijt. I was wondering if it will still be ok as it is 2 months out. I really dont want to risk it with this stuff. It says on the label do not use past expiry date. Why is this?

I really can't see it expirying.
I have some straight from the pharma lab that manufactures it and it has no expiry date, and this is prolly the biggest lab in the world.
