How many bros or females have used DNP and did you use crystal or powder form? Which is better and how did you dose it. Please advise my wifes friend bought some crystal form and she has no clue how to take nor do I and I do not want her to get hurt. Thanks for any help at all.
Ok everybody says not to use premade caps because your not sure the exact dosage, well I feel anyone who is making caps has more expierience at it than me, if I make them myself who knows what I will up with. I went with premade caps.
Having said that works great to get you started but once you see your abs it is much easier and funner(don't feel dead) to stay motivated as far as just eating clean
To answer your question she is going to have to get some gloves, an accurate scale and caps. Once she has done that start making them I would suggest 100mg since she is a female and its first time+crystal. That way she can exp upping her doseage in 100mg intervals as well.
Read all of this . I am not making any recommendations on dnp use, but crystal is dosed differently(lower dosage used) because it is stronger than powder.
women who want to have babys should not use dnp. I have had it capped and tryed to do it myself. it is not to be tryed by the kitchen chemist. it will ruin everything. It is however a great fat burner.
