I do suggest one 12oz can of V8 veg. jiuce a day. It keeps your electrolytes up and has anti-oxidents in it as well. I just started running 400mg of powder and am feeling the warmth. I am sitting in the living room in my undies right now, 62* and I am not feeling the slightest chill. Still get clammy at night.

sorry its been awhile... I can see a diffrence in my arms,and upper body....The heat can be uncomfortable but I have found a little spray bottle of cold water helps me at night.. I have been sleeping alot as well but all in all seems to be going good I have one more week then we will see

Hiyas! Yep, you're on DNP! LOL! Yeah, I noticed my arms and legs seemed like the first to go but later realized that everything was shrinking though proportionally, I looked the same. Does that make sense? My arms and legs are pretty lean already so I think that's why I noticed them first.

I cant wait till she gets off this damn DNP. After we go to bed at night seems we sleep in different zip codes, cause of her heat, lol.....
