The last few days I have been consuming massive quantities of veggies. Tonbs of broccoli, carrots, brussel sprouts, and bell peppers, as well as a few others. Since this great increase in greens and phyto nutrients, I have become significantly stronger and getting a much more profound pump. Not to mention feeling much better... Just wondering if this change in diet can actually affect ones strength and what not, I' m pretty amused by it at the moment.
