That's how I feel. I've spent so much time calculating and making measurements that I really can do it without thinking anymore. Just looking at portions and the mirror is enough now. Although I don't compete, I can get down to 5 or 6% in a month just by adding cardio to my workout routine. That's down from about 9 or 10% when I stay by diet and lifting heavy alone.FutureFreak said:In past, very meticulous with planning everything out to a T. Now, I realize I can be more instinctive and trust my judgement from how I feel and what I see in the mirror. It is much, much more fun this way and is cool knowing I can somewhat read my body.
