A little while ago I hit my first training plateau. I really pissed me off cause I really couldnt figure out what to do. Coming across some old powerlifter USA articles I decided to to try my first periodization template. It was a short little 6 weeks one. First off. Knowing that I was going to the gym to train lighter made me happy cause I dont want every work out to be do or die all the time.
So my end result was I just beat my last Bp PR by 10 lbs. Gonna try another 6 week cycle and see what happens
