Do you guys prefer AAS when trying to cut? Or bulk?

Do you guys prefer using AAS when trying to cut bodyfat and get lean.. or would you rather use them to just add mass and bulk? Would you rather diet down and try to rebuild the muscle with AAS.. or try to hold onto as much muscle while dieting?? This does not pertain to the guys here that compete, because we know they do both.

I dont compete but i do the both. use high long estered test when bulking then drop down to a faster ester like prop with perhaps some winny when cutting. (not that I'll ever be cut again seeing as i'm fat enough to scare small children now)
 
both are equally important, for bulking to maximize muscle gains, and for cutting to protect against catabolism to you don't lose what you worked so hard for
 
I guess i always just heard of the receptor issue, but that has been proven false right? I mean does the body not react as well with the 7th or 8th cycles compared to the 1st or 2nd?

this is what I was told about ten years ago, and it is SO TRUE :cool:

For someone who doesn't compete, and if they had the choice to only use it for one thing? It depends on what is easier for you. Some people gain mass easier but have a hard time cutting without losing a lot of size.

While others stay lean year round no matter what. I've seen it, but they can't gain any size at all without some assistance.
 
Have never done a cut and I don't really need to @ 12%. When I compete though, I think I'll value both types of cycles equally. You need to cycle well to gain mass while bulking and you need to cycle well to maintain mass while cutting.
 
I personally feel if you could only do them once then it would be during bulking. Cutting you can do with an eca good diet,etc.. but adding true mass, aas is needed.
