actually I do the b12 once i week. I feel a ton better energy wise. I feel like working out instead of making myself. My doc told my i have depleted to much carbs. that i should do a lite carb before i work out for energy. the b12 makes me hungry tho. I guess your right. the next 2 to 3 days i wanted to eat everything in site. What do you think about liver aid affecting appetite tho??
