Monday - Chest, Calves
Tuesday - Back, Bis
Wed - Rest
Thrus - Legs plus(one drop set for calves)
Friday - Shoulders, Tris
Weekend - rest, eat, catch up on sleep
1st set:3x8,6,4
Rest of Body Parts: 2x6,4
Blow thru in 30-45 minutes sessions
Chest: bench, incline, pullover, dips
Calve: Stand, Bent, Machine
Back: Barbell Pull, Chins, Lat Pull, Deads (3)
Bi: BB Curl, EZ Bench Curl, Concent Curl
Legs: Squat, Press, Extension, Straight Leg Dead
Shoulders: Seat BB Press, DB Press, Laterals, Pullups
Tris: CGrip Press, Skulls, Pressdowns
I tried BigA's 3x per week (M,W, F) but I tend to get in trouble and need more time in gym to keep me honest to myself and others. Best!
