That name is no joke, that is what its called. Just curious on some feedback from some bros that have tried it, and what you thought about it.. How were your gains, etc? I know there is a site, with some info. If anyone can shed a little light, it would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced..
 
Do a search on here.

For size.....DC is the way to go. For a great program, PHIL and DC are the way to go.

Your strength will improve, your muscles will be fuller, your joints will not ache(if they do already), your overall intensity will rise, and over all, you should do it and see what happens.
 
I am doing a DC type of workout (currently saving money to actually work with Phil) I absolutley love it. HUGE gains in strength and size. Went from 167lbs @11.5% BF to 230lbs @ 13% BF in 1 year.
 
I have been using phil's program along with DC's stretching and 20 sec pause.

I am liking it...right now I am in the off part of it...2 weeks of just straight sets...mostly been doing super sets for a change of pace.

dc training is the way to go. dante is a genious when it comes to training and truly knows how to turn guys into monsters. check out the dogg pound at intensemuscle for some basic info.
 
You need to be the sort of guy whose eye starts twitching a little bit about an hour before you get to the gym for squats.

Ah I finally understand the chins thing in the dc manual.

Anyways I never had much luck with dc (maybe im just too much of a pussy). I prob didnt give the program long enough of a try to see if it worked but I just didnt feel that sore and gave up on it. You should definately try many differents ways of working out tho and see what does best for you.
 
I would never use a program with the word "crap" in it.
 
That's too bad. Do it right and you might gain 50 pounds or so. Pretty terrible thing I tell ya.

I just got back from the gym and felt great, went hard and strong (so I thought),,,,then I watched this video.....I need to go back and get it right.


On a side note, is there anything better than seeing the bar bend?
 
wasn't mark dugdale doing DC? I wonder how far he's come since we last saw him.

I like the DC style training well,,,responded well to similar protocol.
