Doggcrap training when off

Im just coming off a cycle and Im interested in trying out new kinds of training.

Doggcraps way of training sounds very promising but Im not sure if my body could handle it now when Im on pct. :confused:

Is it best to train light now and then start in a few weeks when Im back on again? Or can I start now(monday, wendsday friday split) without risking serious overtraining?

Im not completely clean I will be using slin post workout 3 times a week. But thats it.
 
Johan, I would not start this program since you are just coming off a cycle, good chance for injury doing the rest/pause, statics and super slow negatives.

Good idea to wait til you are fully off or you are back "on"...

Ok, thanks for the advice bro.

How about starting it, but saving the rest pauses and statics, just to get a feel for the layout??
My body is pretty adapted to getting hit alot and often cause I have been doing westside now for half a year so I hope that will be a advantage to me.
 
Johan, You could always just do straight sets of everything to you get the feel, or you could even go light worksets of rest/paused, leave the statics out for later, least this way when you are ready for an all out assault, you will already have your feet wet...
 
I am doing what IH just mentioned. Still getting stronger too.
