Im just coming off a cycle and Im interested in trying out new kinds of training.
Doggcraps way of training sounds very promising but Im not sure if my body could handle it now when Im on pct.
Is it best to train light now and then start in a few weeks when Im back on again? Or can I start now(monday, wendsday friday split) without risking serious overtraining?
Im not completely clean I will be using slin post workout 3 times a week. But thats it.
